According to a MPD press release, Kevin W. Johnson, age 38 of Mattoon, was arrested on March 13th at 4:31 a.m. in the 2100 block of Prairie Ave. He was taken into custody on a Coles County warrant for Contempt of Court. Johnson was unable to post bond and was taken to the jail.
