Applications the Miss Bagelfest Pageant are now available at Mattoon Schools, the depot and at mattoonbagelfest.com. The contest is limited to the first fifteen entries in each age group. Little Miss is open to 5-8 year olds; Junior Miss, 9-12 year olds; Miss Bagelfest, 13-17 year olds.
