The Jasper County Fall Festival is this weekend in Newton. They’ll start Saturday with a pancake breakfast at 6:00 a.m., the parade is at 10:00, there’s a pedal pull, classic car show, homemade ice cream all day, from 9:00-9:00, beer garden open from noon til midnight, and Scott Wattles and the Blue Suede Crew will perform at 6:00 p.m. Sunday’s events include the community church service, live music, petting zoo and kid’s games.
