Mattoon Police arrested Lisa C. Rohe, 47 years of age of Pekin, IL, for the offense of Obstructing a Police Officer, and Aggravated Battery to a Police Officer. The arrest occurred on 01/07/18 at 3:46am in the 2000 block of Western Ave in Mattoon.
The charges allege police were called to County Market to remove Ms. Rohe, who was being disorderly and refusing to leave. The charge alleges that upon police arrival, and while speaking with Ms. Rohe, she refused to cooperate with police and provide them with pertinent information, at which time she was arrested for obstructing a police officer. Charges further allege that while Ms. Rohe was being placed in a squad car, she continued to obstruct and resist police officers, and spit in the face of an officer.
Ms. Rohe was taken to the Coles County Jail
