According to a press release, Mattoon Police arrested Brice M. Stanford, 21 years of age of Charleston, for the offense of Criminal Damage to Property. The arrest occurred on 2/15/18 at 12:18pm at the Mattoon Police Department.
The charge alleges that on 2/15/18, Ms. Stanford had engaged in an argument over property with a male subject, and during that time, kicked and damaged a door where the male was staying.
Ms. Stanford taken to MPD, where she was issued a court date and was released.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
