Mattoon Police arrested Anthony L. Howard, 34 years of age of Mattoon, for the offense of Disorderly Conduct.
The arrest occurred on 2/17/18 at 9:43pm in the 1800 block of Olive Ave in Mattoon. The charge alleges that on 2/17/18 and while at the Castle bar in Mattoon, Mr. Howard acted in a way that caused a breach of the peace, and alarmed and disturbed another.
Mr. Howard was taken to MPD where he was issued a court date and was released.
All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
