A quarter auction to benefit the Mattoon Police Department’s Cops for Kids will be held at the Mattoon American Legion September 20th. 20-plus vendors will be there with a variety of items including crafts, books, yard décor, make-up, and kitchenware. Doors open at 5:30 and bidding will start at 6:30.
