Martha Wellbaum, 93, of Greenup, IL passed away at 4:55 PM on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at the Casey Health Care Center in Casey, IL.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at the Toledo Christian Church in Toledo, IL. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the church. Burial will be in the Jewett Cemetery.
Martha was born April 5, 1926. The daughter of Nelson and Daisy (Stiner) Galloway. She married Warren Wellbaum on October 28, 1947 and he preceded her. She is survived by her son Brad (Teresa) Wellbaum; grandson Jason (Lauren) Wellbaum; granddaughter Shanna (Mark) Long; and three great- grandchildren. She is preceded by her parents; infant daughter Rhea; and her sisters Nadine Welch, Nola Birch, Dansel Stanley, Susie Cox, Estelee Johnson and Ernstine Chestnut.
Martha worked at Fedders in Effingham and the Shipyard in Evansville. She was a member of the Toledo Christian Church.
