Newton Care Center Announces Update on COVID-19

The Newton Care Center announced Wednesday, April 29, 2020,  that 5 residents have died from COVID-19.  The nursing home has 26 positive cases in residents and 14 positive cases among staff members.  All residents and employees will be tested again by the end of the week, and the nursing home will continue to operate a separate COVID-19 unit within the facility.
