Despite setting this year's Country To Country Festival to take place from March 12-14, organizers have decided to postpone the event for a second year due to the ongoing pandemic. The three-day concert, which takes place in London, Glasgow and Dublin, was canceled in 2020 due to the coronavirus.
Organizers posted the news on social media yesterday (Wednesday, Jan. 20th) writing, “Due to the complications of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the current restrictions on mass gatherings and international travel, we are sad to say that C2C will not be able to go ahead in March 2021 as planned. In March of 2020, we could have never foreseen the extent of the what has unfolded and the prospect that we would be without C2C for 2 years running was unthinkable. We are devastated that we are unable to deliver you the event that we all love.”
The rescheduled dates are now March 11-13, 2022, and tickets will remain valid for next year’s Festival. Refunds are also available.
Eric Church, Darius Rucker and Luke Combs were named headliners for both the 2020 and 2021 Festivals. New performance announcements in the “coming weeks and months.”
