On the Move at Horizon Health
(Paris, Ill.)—Horizon Health announces the following organizational/personnel changes:
Rachel Kelley, MSN, RN, who worked for Horizon Health from 2012-2016, has returned as the new chief nursing officer. She previously was the chief nursing officer at Regional Hospital. Prior to Rachel’s arrival, Eunice Chaney had been serving as Horizon Health’s interim chief nursing officer.
Randi Bohannon has been named executive director of the Horizon Health Foundation of East Central Illinois. Prior to Horizon Health, she served as director of development at Eastern Illinois University. She has a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Illinois at Springfield and a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University. She is a Certified Fund Raising Executive.
Adam Webb, paramedic, has been promoted to manager of Emergency Medical Services (EMS). He will oversee the EMS team (ambulance service), its equipment, and processes.
Jesse Lewsader has been named safety officer, transitioning from his full-time role with the Paris Police Department. Jesse will manage safety compliance and emergency preparedness.
Billi Jo McNeill, BSN, RN, has been named education manager. She previously worked at Union Hospital’s intensive care unit, emergency room, with experience in clinic informatics and physician education. She has a master’s degree in leadership development from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College and a bachelor’s of science degree in nursing from Indiana State University.
Whitney Sprinkle, education coordinator, has been promoted to manager of the Housekeeping Department.
