SIHF Healthcare Announces Opening of New Health Center in Mattoon

MATTOON, ILL. (May 24, 2021) – SIHF Healthcare announced the opening of its new health center location in Mattoon. On Monday, May 24, SIHF Healthcare opened the doors of its new facility located at 911 Remington Road in Mattoon.

At this new location in Mattoon, SIHF Healthcare will provide family medicine, covering all ages from newborns to geriatric care. In addition, behavioral health counseling services are offered. Christa Metzelaars, FNP-C, is remaining with SIHF Healthcare, and we are pleased to welcome Dolores Wilson, FNP-C, as our family medicine providers. Kelli Canada, LCSW, offers our counseling services.

“We welcome all patients, even if they don’t have health insurance,” says Kristy Gebhardt, health center manager for SIHF Healthcare in Mattoon. “With our SmartPay sliding fee discount plan, our patients can receive care regardless of their ability to pay, or even get a break on their co-pays if they have insurance.”

SIHF Healthcare accepts Medicare, Medicaid including all of the MCOs, private or employer-based insurance, and as noted, even those without insurance.
