Flood Warning for Coles County Extended Until 2pm 6/28/2021

The National Weather Service in Lincoln has extended the Flood Warning for urban areas and small streams in Coles County Until 200 PM. Several roads remain closed due to flooding. Flooding will continue through this morning. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be sure to turn around and don’t drown.
