HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital Reopens Wellness Program
SHELBYVILLE—Staying active is key to maintaining your health. That is why the HSHS Good Shepherd Wellness Program is once again available to meet the needs of our community. This program enables participants to exercise independently with the help and support of our knowledgeable staff.
Program participants have full access to the outpatient rehabilitation services gym including the hospital’s amazing staff of physical and occupational therapists. Although this is an individual program, our staff will guide participants through an orientation process to familiarize them with the equipment and teach proper technique.
The program is available Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at 201 S. Cedar St. Shelbyville, IL. The Wellness Program costs $30 per month for individuals or $45 per month for a family plan.
