Thursday, July 7, 2022, Ed Dowd, Executive Director of the Mattoon Chamber of Commerce was a guest on 101.3 WMCI. Here is a brief description of what he covered during the interview:
- This Friday at 9:00 am will be the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for Dunham’s Sports at the Cross County Mall. Great new addition as an anchor store in the Mall.
- Next Friday from 4 pm to 7 from “Our Town Mattoon” will be rolling at Heritage Park in Downtown Mattoon. We will have multiple food trucks, dance teams, bands, fun and excitement.
- The following week is Bagelfest! Tuesday the 19th through Saturday the 23rd. Tickets to all the festivities are now available at the historic Peterson House in Peterson Park.
