Paris Union School District Launches Communication Audit, Planning Process
PARIS, IL — The Paris Union School District 95 is launching an effort to examine its communication practices to determine what is working well and where it can improve.
The first phase of this effort is to conduct a communication audit, through which a communications committee will review all the various ways the district and its schools communicate with and engage the members of the school community.
In the coming weeks, the district will launch a community-wide survey, giving residents an opportunity to weigh in on its current communication practices.
“We are always focused on how we can improve on behalf of the students and families we serve,” said Dr. Jeremy Larson, Superintendent. “As part of this effort, we are taking a close look at our communication practices and asking our community to weigh in on how we can better meet their needs in this important area. We look forward to engaging our community on these
issues in the weeks and months ahead.”
Upon completion of the audit, the committee will move into the creation of a full-scale communication plan for the district. This plan will be driven by the results of the audit and survey.
The district will share more information on the upcoming survey later this month.
