As a part-time Customer Service Retail Associate, you will assist customers with product inquiries, maintain store organization, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and promotions
- Assist with stock replenishment and store organization
- Process transactions accurately at the cash register
- Maintain a clean and inviting store environment
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a positive and efficient manner
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
Store Hours
- Thursday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
