According to a press release from MPD, Andrew J. Bathe, age 35 of Lerna, was arrested on June 17th at 12:32 a.m. in the 1100 block of Prairie Ave. He was charged with Criminal Trespass to Property and Violation of a Court Order.
Those charges allege that Bathe was found on a property from which he had been previously banned, and that he also violated an order of a court bond condition by being there. Bathe was taken to jail.
