Christmas Cards for Veterans in VA Hospitals

The Charleston Carnegie Public Library and Charleston VFW are teaming up to give you a chance to fill out Christmas cards for veterans in VA hospitals.  Simply stop by the library and fill one out by December 10^th and they’ll make sure the cards are delivered before Christmas.
