Coles-Moultrie Electric Cooperative’s annual membership celebration and annual meeting will be held October 7th from 10:00-2:00 at Peterson Park in Mattoon. All members who register will receive a $25.00 bill credit and prize, and will be eligible to win even bigger bill credits of $100, $250 and $500. Lunch will be served from 11-1 in the pavilion.
