According to a Mattoon Police Department Press Release, Heather L. Bell, age 38 of Mattoon, was arrested on July 6th at 10:31 p.m. in the 400 block of N. 16th street. Bell was charged with Domestic Battery, alleging that she battered a male. Minor injuries were reported. Bell was taken to the jail.
