LOCATION
Lake Sara, 5 miles northwest of Effingham, IL. Take I-57 to exit 160, go north on Route 32-33 to the Lake Sara Road, follow signs.

FRIDAY NIGHT PACKET PICK UP
At the pavilion by the dam 5-7p.m.

RACE DAY REGISTRATION
Starts at the pavilion by the dam race morning at 8:30-9:30 a.m. Friday Night & Race day registration $35. NO SHIRT 

DOOR PRIZE DISTRIBUTION
Winners will be pre-drawn from pre-registered entries only!! Race bib numbers will be marked.

FOOD, FOOD, FOOD
Pizza, subs, chips, fruit, bagels, DQ Dilly Bars, & Effingham County Pork Producer's PORKBURGERS!!

SHIRTS
ONLY $30 pre-registered participants will receive a custom designed LONG SLEEVE DAM RUN adult shirt. To guarantee a shirt pre-entries must be received by March 11th. Limited number of Law Enforcement Torch Run T-shirts & LSDR shirts on sale Friday night & race day.

FINISH LINE
Effingham County Olympians will be at turns & at the Finish with huggies.

AWARDS AT FINISH
Special Awards will be presented to FIRST OVERALL female & male in each race: 8 mile, 5k run, and walk. Custom designed metals to first 700 to cross finish line. Special Olympians will be seated at the finish line to place medals on everyone. 

PLEASE!! For safety No Radios, Strollers in Back, Course Close at Noon, No Refunds.
